Nathan and Stacy Reincheld joined the church body here at Calvary in March of 2002. Even before they arrived in Olympia, God had been preparing their hearts to serve Him overseas. He has given them a love for youth and a desire to help young people grow in their faith, love and obedience to Christ.
In 2004, they came ot understand that they could best put their passions, skills and gifts to use serving at the Rift Valley Academy, an international boarding school in Kijabe, Kenya. The school accepts the children of missionaries, nationals, and diplomats from East Africa.
Serving in Kenya was like returning home for Nathan: he was raised there. Stacy was brought up in Kentucky. Serving at the Academy appears to be a good fit for Nathan and Stacy, who seem to value the importance of education. Stacy has degrees in French and History. Nathan has his Master’s Degree in Education.
Through the years, they have not only invested in the lives of students and staff at the Rift Valley Academy, but also built meaningful relationships with the local Masai people, cared for nearby refugees, and assisted with church planting and mentoring pastors to reach and love the families living in the neighboring refugee camp.
